		<description>i used to b very active in my school n class..... but now i m one of the worst student in class in study.... i m getting back ..... i failed in my exams... i dont feel like doing anything... i cant concentrate in any thing not only in study i cant concentrate in other works too.. i m actually distracted by many things.. like mobile internet laptop and all... i know i hav to do but i cant do it becoz of my laziness... how can i overcome.. any special tips .. plz help me out.........</description>

		<description>You have to do excercise to get energy and avoid confusion. Stop thinking all your problems are mental, they&#039;re physical also. The body does not surrender energy without reason, it won&#039;t just give you energy because it evolved to save it for times of famine when it is required. 

You have to demand it by doing exercise, and eat regularly so your body doesn&#039;t think it&#039;s being starved. Not only did I lose weight by eating slowly, by focussing on the food with no distractions (TV, etc) and eating more often, but because I ate less food, I had more energy because my body went into a state of being &#039;ready&#039; to &#039;go and get&#039;.  

Also, don&#039;t masturbate too often if you&#039;re a boy. Much of your inclination derives from &#039;wanting sex&#039;. It&#039;s not as enjoyable unless you really need it anyway. Restrict it to before sleep.</description>

I do comedy videos on YouTube every week, which can be SUPER hard to pull off weekly, but I have a short-term goal of YouTube partnership, and a long-term goal of being a feature film Director.
