I'm a person with a simple, straight mind. Everything is bits and bytes and math to me (Big computer nerd), hardly any creativity whatsoever. Therefore, I'm a bit boring. However, one thing I have found very useful when trying to get people's attention is to admit when you've made a big mistake. I suppose it helps when you know the person who wrote something actually is a human, and isn't just a robot typing on a keyboard. Getting people to listen is a big problem for me.
